3) What has been the most pressing challenges in the HDTV roll out?
What hasn't been challenging? We are fortunate to been in probably the most active market as far as broadcast is concerned. Yet, product dis-information, supply problems, product incompatibility issues and a lack of broadcast content continue to be great challenges. I think that we will be far into 1999 before we actually have a reasonable supply of product from manufacturers to make HDTV sales show up on the radar screen. I expect the biggest positive of HDTV in 1999 will be floor traffic and not direct HDTV sales performance. We have already held several very well-attended consumer HDTV events and plan more for 1999.
