AT&T Called Worst Carrier
A Consumer Reports survey of mobile-phone carriers named AT&T the lowest-scoring company in the space, the magazine said this week in a blog post.
The survey of 58,000 readers of the magazine also found that AT&T had dropped "significantly" in overall satisfaction. Over half the AT&T users who responded to the survey are iPhone users, and users of that device were called "much less satisfied" with their carrier and service than other phones on other carriers.
U.S. Cellular was named the highest-rated carrier, followed by Verizon. The results will be featured in Consumer Reports' January issue.
