Crestron Launches 48-Hour Repair
Crestron on Thursday announced the launch of its new Express 48 repair program, which offers dealers a 48-hour expedited repair service option.
The service is going wide after a soft-launch in December.
“The standard repair time is 7 to 10 business days, following the date equipment is received,” Bill Lynch, Crestron Director of Production/Service, said in a statement. “This new value-added service has already been enthusiastically received by our dealers for instances in which they require rapid turnaround.”
