Da-Lite Goes Green
The Da-Lite Screen Company last week announced that it has launched a new recycling program in order to help customers replace their projection screens in a more Earth-friendly manner.
Under the Da-Lite Screen Green Exchange Program, the company will provide shipping materials to ship their old screen to a recycling facility, at the company’s Indiana headquarters, when their new screen arrives. The program is set to go live on Jan. 1, with more information to come on the company’s Web site, www.da-lite.com
Earlier this year, the company replaced certain paint sprays used at its headquarters with powder coating lines, which cause fewer toxic emissions.
