D&H Announces Expansion to Canada
D&H Distributing announced Monday that it has opened a distribution warehouse in Canada, marking the distributor’s first-ever foray outside the United States. The company hopes the new 38,000-square-foot warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, will deliver them at least 1,000 new customers.
The move establishes a new Canadian division of the company called D&H Canada ULC, which will be headed by General Manager Greg Tobin. The company is already partnered with several Canadian brands, including Brother International, Creative Labs, Logitech, and ViewSonic.
D&H attributed the decision to move north to several factors, including demand Canadian resellers and manufacturers, and vendors who also sought to move their products north of the border. D&H is seeking a chunk of the $6.2 billion Canadian IT distribution market.
