D&M Takes the High Ground With New Products and Dealer Programs
“They didn’t cheap out,” Iannon said. “Some manufacturers think Americans only want the cheapest product on the markets. But if you sell the cheapest stuff on the planet, then everyone eventually hates you. D&M is still focusing on higher-end products.”
D&M has also stayed ahead of many manufacturers by adding the switching and upconversion features to its receivers, Iannon said. “D&M is really keeping up on that,” he said.
On the retail channel and marketing front, D&M will focus on enhancing its online training programs and consumer Websites to drive sales to dealers.
