DBL has named Jamie Friedman its new vendor business manager

Ingram Micro's CE division, DBL, has named Jamie Friedman its new vendor business manager. Friedman will handle the satellite radio, home automation, 12 volt and cable zone categories.

A 20-year industry veteran, Friedman is a former buyer with Circuit City, and was previously DBL's business development manager for the sales team.

"We've got some exciting opportunities coming in 2011, and his years of experience in the consumer electronics industry will greatly enhance the value that we offer our customers and our vendors," Ingram vice president Tim Coakley said as part of the announcement.
