Major Accomplishments that you’re proud of: I've worked hard at understanding my customer's needs, especially in the builder space, which has given me the platform to collaborate with my company in the custom integration segment. I am honored to be a part of meaningful discussions and see the positive outcomes.
What do you like best about your job?: I've been able to build great relationships with my customers, and I really enjoy helping them grow their business. I like that I'm able to combine my passion for audio with a career that allows me to help others solve their audio needs.
What do you like least about your job?: While I enjoy traveling the market, I miss out on in office meetings with coworkers and the camaraderie of the team at our corporate headquarters.
Favorite hobby: I enjoy visiting new cities and exploring the local culture, cuisine, and live music scene.
Last book you read: The One Thing by Gary Keller
Who is your hero and why?: My parents are my heroes, as I have always been able to look up to them, and they have been a guiding light in both my professional and personal development.
Favorite consumer tech device: My Klipsch Reference Premiere home theater speakers, as it allows me to have a high quality music and movie experience.
What you’d be doing if you weren’t in tech: I would be a high school teacher and an after school athletic coach.
What’s the biggest problem the industry faces today, and how would you fix it?: I don't think there are enough resources to properly prepare technicians in our constantly evolving world of technology.
What’s your outlook for the CE industry for the next five years?: I believe the CE industry will be healthier because there is a constant need for technology and the industry is continuously adapting to enhance people's lives.
