Dell Introduces Multi-Colored Laptops
In a push to re-establish themselves in the consumer computing market, Dell on Tuesday borrowed a page from the early iMac, introducing a new line of notebook and desktop computers, in some not-so-traditional colors.
Introduced by the company, at several presentations worldwide, were the XPS M1330 notebook- which Dell advertises as the world’s thinnest of its kind- as well as three new desktops and five new notebooks under the Inspiron brand. All but the XPS are available in the eight different colors.
The colors of the computers include “flamingo pink,” “ruby red,” “sunshine yellow” and “jet black.” The Inspiron laptops start at $769, while the desktops have a low price of $1,299.
