Dell' Streak tablet/phone will arrive August 13.

Dell said Tuesday that the Dell Streak tablet/phone will arrive August 13. The device will sell for $299.99 with a two-year contract with AT&T, and $549.99 unlocked.

The Android-based tablet, which can be used for phone calls, includes a 5-inch screen, and includes built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capability.
