DEALERSCOPE: What is the most important change you’ve made to your business in the last six months that makes you a better distributor for your dealer customers?
Bill Stewart, CEO and Founder, Petra Industries: As we see more customers preferring to order online, we continue to improve our mobile site so that our customers can dobusiness with us from their mobile devices. We also enhanced our website tomake it even more customer-centric and user-friendly to provide our customers a more efficient online ordering experience. In addition, we’ve leveraged our logistics partners to broaden our next-day delivery coverage and reduce transit times to better serve our customers.
