Three new Dolby Atmos-enabled Lenovo tablets were unveiled this week at the Mobile World Congress 2016, bringing the total number of Atmos-enabled Lenovo products to more than 10. The three new products are part of the new Lenovo TAB3 series, which include the TAB3 7, TAB3 8 (pictured right), and TAP3 10 Business, all with Dolby Atmos sound baked into them.
“We are excited to further enrich Lenovo’s Dolby Atmos mobile device offerings with the launch of the Lenovo TAB3 series products,” Jeff Meredith, Vice President and General Manager of Tablets for the Mobile Business Group at Lenovo, said in a statement. “Dolby Atmos sound has been a key differentiator of the Lenovo tablets through the past year. We look forward to delivering the amazing moving audio experience to more consumers with the new Lenovo TAB3 series.”
Lenovo explained that Dolby Atmos transforms the mobile entertainment experience over headphones and built-in speakers with “moving audio that flows above and around the user.”
