CEDIA Management Conference Features the Rockefeller Habits
Drawing on the best-selling book Mastering the Rockefeller Habits, CEDIA's 2010 Management Conference will focus on the four key decisions that all growth companies must get right: people, strategy, execution and profit. Expert speakers and education sessions will help attendees apply the Rockefeller Habits as outlined in the Verne Harnish book to achieve growth in their businesses.
CEDIA's Management Conference, which will be held March 3-6 at the Omni Royal Orleans in New Orleans, is an annual event designed to help electronic systems business owners and senior managers strengthen their companies through strategic, efficient planning. The conference includes expert-led education sessions, renowned business speakers, and networking opportunities allowing attendees to learn from peers.
Leading off this year's event will be keynote speaker Connie Podesta, who will help equip attendees with the outlook they'll need in order to compete under the radically new rules of today's business game. Podesta's presentation, "Business as Usual is Over," will put the focus on creativity, resiliency, and optimism.
