Dual Debuts Two Head Units
Dual Electronics this week announced that it has begun shipping a pair of new entertainment head units which allow both iPod control and HD Radio technology with iTunes tagging.
The XHD7720 and the XHD7714, both costing $249.99, are two of the first in-car products to carry both iTunes and HD Radio technology. Both comply with all major digital music formats, including mp3 and WMA.
“Today’s listeners expect easy access to their favorite tunes and easy ways to discover new music,” Dual’s vice president of product development, Robb Groner, said as part of the announcement. “Our new head units are designed to satisfy expectations with what is bound to be one of the most in-demand features among iPod owners, with the high-quality Dual sound that they expect.”
