E3 2018 Opens to 60,000 Attendees on Day 1
E3 2018 opened its doors on Tuesday to more than 60,000 attendees from around the globe and “millions more” watching online, according to the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), which organizes the event. The show gives industry members and media the opportunity to get face-to-face with some of the latest and upcoming software titles as well as gaming gear and other peripherals.
And, for the second year in a row, E3 is open to the general gaming community. ESA said that 15,000 gamers were invited into the show’s halls to get exclusive access to the E3 experience.
