Portable power manufacturer EcoFlow has announced a series of new retail and distribution partnerships that will expand the company's global footprint across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. The expansion comes on the heels of the successful launch of the EcoFlow RIVER on Indiegogo last year. That campaign raised more than $1 million in under a month.
On the retail side, EcoFlow will bring the RIVER portable power station to more than 70 Lowe's stores as part of the "Smart Home powered by b8ta" connected home shopping experiences. The store-within-a-store offers a unique and innovative shopping experience for customers interested in smart home technology in a location where at-home projects are already top of mind. Additionally, EcoFlow will become available in b8ta's flagship stores throughout the country, as well as Fry's Home Electronics stores across the western U.S. The new retail partnerships expand the RIVER's current online distribution network, which includes Camping World, Home Depot, and Amazon.
In addition to the retail partnerships, EcoFlow announced that its RIVER units are now available through Sunpower and PowerFilm Solar, which are described as leading providers of custom solar solutions. The RIVER will be bundled with the respective company's portable solar panels to provide portable, on-the-go power.
