5. You have a hidden resistance to improve your business and to set some new, realistic goals. I mean why not? You’re probably feeling that the old goals have been so darn good to you and maybe, more importantly, they were really easy to think up. Guess again, and rethink some strategies that might have “jumped the shark” around the time Fonzie did.
It’s no loner about defining what you are but more about looking at what you need to become. Much of this becomes easier to digest when you begin thinking more like your customers.
