The departed former CEO of Best Buy is making a comeback, as chairman of a warranty startup called Upsie.
Upsie, which launched last year, allows users to use an app to purchase warrantees for TVs, smartphones and other products. Now, Dunn has agreed to join the company as chairman, effective June 1. The Minneapolis Star Tribune reported the news.
"Brian’s 27 years of cutting-edge consumer electronics business experience and entrepreneurial philosophies bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Upsie," the company said in a blog post.
