Anderson Leaves Best Buy Board
Former Best Buy CEO Brad Anderson, nearly exactly one year after handing off to Brian Dunn, has stepped down from the company's board after 24 years, the Star Tribune reported Friday.
The announcement came at the company's annual shareholder meeting. Anderson received a standing ovation from those assembled.
Anderson had succeeded company founder Richard Schulze as CEO in 2002. He had been vice chairman of the company's board for nine years.
