Garmin this week announced a new series of navigation devices that for the first time, include GPS maps for pedestrians. According to PC Magazine, the company announced the new devices, the 1200 and 1300 series, at a trade show in Germany.
The devices, sporting a thinner design, includes an option for CityXplorer maps, which enable GPS navigation for those traveling on foot. The optional maps will cost between $9.99 and $14.99, depending on the city.
