CTIA, the annual all-things-wireless conference, is packing the Orlando Convention Center this week with cell phone manufacturers, carriers and all manner of memory/connectivity/software innovators. It’s been a good year for seeing big, older ideas like mobile GPS systems and wireless broadband actually become viable in this year’s available-at-last-in-the-U.S. handsets and computer cards.
There’s a “hot new feature” at almost every one of the hundreds of booths on the CTIA showfloor. Here’s just a sampling of the cool things now possible on your cell:
