HTSA Delivers New Dealer Tool, Glikes Speaks Out
More than 60 specialty dealers recently attended the Home Theater Specialists of America’s (HTSA) seventh annual Custom Manager Meeting in St. Louis, Mo. The meeting featured the launch of the HTSA Custom Manager’s Forum, which is designed to improve communication among group members, as well as a handful of other presentations conducted by HTSA members.
“It is pure pleasure to craft a meeting that develops into a whirlwind of enthusiasm and intellectual sharing,” said Richard Glikes, HTSA’s executive director. “Our group strengthened old relationships and added some new ones.”
It’s encouraging that Glikes said the meeting went well, given the beating the industry has taken due to the economy.
