iPod Thieves Arrested Near Store
Two men who pulled off a smash-and-grab robbery of 50 iPods at a South Florida Walmart were arrested a block away from the store, after a short foot chance. According to the Palm Beach Post, employees heard the robbers smashing a glass case and grabbing the items, and gave chase. Police arrested the two men just past the store's parking lot, and found the iPods in the bushes nearby.
Man in Wheelchair Catches Walmart Molester
A man who inappropriately touched a child at a Walmart in Denver was subdued soon after- by a man in a wheelchair. According to local TV station KRDO, the wheelchair-bound patron saw the crime and pursued the assailant, eventually getting an arm around him and pinning him to the ground until police arrived.
