Warranty Association Launches Online Survey
The Global Warranty and Service Contract Association (GWSCA), a non-profit, worldwide volunteer organization made up of industry practitioners from all parts of the warranty and service contract value chain, has announced that it is conducting an online survey to learn what is important to members of the warranty and service contracts industry. The group said that the survey is meant to collect information that will help to shape its 2014 agenda, which will include formulating programs and proposed solutions to commonly experienced industry questions, problems, and fast-emerging trends. The survey is being conducted by Fulcrum Analytics on behalf of the GWSCA, and is open to everyone in the warranty and service contracts industry through Nov. 17.
