How technical do you get with the customers?
It all depends on the customer. The high-end customer is broken up into different segments. You have some high-end customers that literally won't come in the store. They send their designer in, and the designer just picks out the product. Then you have the hobbyists, the people who really like to cook. Those are the people who you get more technical with. They like to know what the simmer temperature is and the technical aspects. Then you have others who just like the looks; they want stainless steel.
Are consumers generally aware of newer technologies like convection?
