Hard Sell Josh Lisman
Are customers purchasing DVD recorders to record TV programs or transfer camcorder stuff to DVD?
Right now it's about half and half. A great percentage of our customers that are buying them are at least archiving some of their movies, whether they're home movies or older movies from VHS onto DVD. The other: we've got a couple of customers with video systems in their cars, and they want to record TV shows for playback in the car. So they go either way.
Is compatibility with current DVD playback equipment a top checklist item for most customers?
