Hitachi Names New U.S. CEO
Hitachi Electronics Devices has named L. Thomas Heiser its new President and CEO. Heiser is a 24-year company veteran who most recently was senior vice president and general manager of the company.
Heiser, who replaces Noboru Toyama, will take over Dec. 1.
“I am truly honored by this appointment. I know Hitachi Electronic Devices (USA), Inc. has a great product line-up, a creative product development team and the ingenuity and sophistication to be a key player in the rapidly evolving, world-wide electronics market,” Haiser said in a statement.
