Hot Housewares - Touching on Future Appliances

CHICAGO--Products for the next millennium shared the spotlight with those debuting in the final year of the current millennium at the International Housewares Show here. But future equipment was matched in innovation by the first microwaves with energy-saving inverter technology and infrared sensor cooking, an upright vac with a retractable cord and the industry's smallest freezer.
