How Does One Focus on Distraction?
Finally, it has been a full week for me since winning the Pulitzer for this series on Driver Distraction. You should be aware that I decided, after a few long seconds of reflection, to accept the award knowing that I did nothing material to earn the recognition. I have put in my application for the Heisman Trophy after I watched a few college football games last weekend. Cross your fingers.
This really gets some of you so enraged. Relax. It’s a weekly commentary to elicit some conversation and inject some fun into the Sachs Report. I suggest you do what my wife does—absorb the parts that interest you and ignore the rest. You will all outlive me.
