HP Commits to Greener PCs
The world’s number one PC brand, HP, on Tuesday announced a commitment to make their products more energy-efficient. According to the Wall Street Journal, HP will reduce consumption by its computers 25 percent in the next two years.
HP follows rival Dell in committing to greener production lines in the PC market.
“HP for decades has been integrating environmentally responsible components and processes across the entire product lifecycle,” company executive vice president Todd Bradley said in a prepared statement.
