IBM and Panasonic Collaborate on Concierge Program
IBM and Panasonic have coproduced a web platform for the Panasonic Plasma Concierge program. The online version of the customer support system will feature personalized product information, priority service scheduling and exclusive content. This web initiative represents a portion of Panasonic’s $15 million investment in the program, which also encompasses upgraded call center capabilities. Says Larry Toscano, Strategic Planning Manager for Panasonic Corporation of North America, “Our work with IBM to deliver a high quality online experience is an important component of the program. The IBM team helped us build an interactive web experience which delivers the functionality and reliability our customers expect and is in line with our business objectives.”
