In the Lap of China
More than half of available models feature Intel mobile CPUs. Centrino is the most widely adopted notebook PC solution by makers because of its integrated 802.11b Wi-Fi support and low power consumption. High-end models adopt Intel's Dothan core Pentium M series. Built-in PC cameras, TV playback and USB flash drives are add-ons. Besides these, other features seen as becoming mainstream by 2005 are displays offering 16:9 ratio, card readers and other multimedia elements.
