Ingram's McCarty on Expert Warehouse II and the Company's Growth

Following the closure earlier this year of distributor Archbrook Laguna, that company's Expert Warehouse program, which was run in conjunction with BrandSource, was relaunched under Ingram Micro CE's auspices, under the name Expert Warehouse II.]
DS: On the subject of Expert Warehouse II, there have been some complaints from dealers about slow shipments, lost orders and trouble transitioning to the system. What do you have to say about that, and do you feel that those complaints are fair?
BM: I think some of those points are fair. We have had some challenges for sure, I think that it would be reasonable to expect that we would be. The entire transition of Expert Warehouse was something not expected and driven by the financial challenges of ABL. Brand Source did not have the luxury of time to do a lot of upfront preparation for the transition.
