iPhone 4S Satisfaction Rate Close to 100 Percent
Owners of the iPhone 4S are, for the most part, very satisfied, even moreso than its predecessor the iPhone 4. That's according to a ChangeWave Research survey released Thursday.
The survey found that 77 percent of iPhone 4S owners are "very satisfied" and 19 percent are "somewhat satisfied," with just one percent each answering "somewhat unsatisfied" or "very unsatisfied." These numbers edge out the July 2010 satisfaction numbers for the iPhone 4, which were 72 percent "very satisfied" and 21 percent "somewhat satisfied."
In terms of features, 49 percent of iPhone 4S owners called Siri their best feature, with 39 percent answering ease of use and 33 percent answering the camera. Battery life and lack of 4G capability were the biggest drawbacks, according to customers.
