In a filing with the SEC on Friday, Apple revealed that it is the target of a lawsuit claiming antitrust violations stemming from its digital rights management. Apple attempted to have the case dismissed, but the motion was denied on December 20. A similar suit filed by a French consumer group in 2005 has yet to be decided.
