Clarion Leads J.D. Power Study
Clarion's factory-installed voice-activated navigated systems for the Ford Fusion won the highest ranking in the J.D. Power & Associates Navigation Usage and Satisfaction Study.
Clarion products in Ford and Lincoln cars hold six of the top ten spots in the study.
"Providing advanced Infotainment and Navigation systems offering customers the most important real-time information requires an intense focus on the Human Machine Interface (HMI)," Ford's director of global electrical and electronic systems engineering, Jim Buczkowski, said in a statement.
