Klipsch Introduces Ultra Portable Bluetooth Speaker
Speaker and headphone manufacturer Klipsch launched a new ultra portable Bluetooth speaker. The Klipsch Groove is the first speaker in a new series that the company said it will begin rolling out over the next year.
According to Klipsch, the Groove Portable Bluetooth speaker delivers “big sound from a small, water-resistant (IPX4 compliant) form factor.” The speaker measures at just over five inches wide by four inches tall and two inches deep, and houses a long-lasting battery. Klipsch said the device is designed for “powerful, accurate sound reproductions” using a three-inch, full-range high-output driver and two two-inch side-firing oval-shaped passive bass radiators. The device produces 10 watts of digital power, according to Klipsch.
“This is the first product in an excitingly large line up of wireless speakers that Klipsch will introduce over the next several years,” Steve Jain, VP and GM of Digital, Streaming and Portable Audio Solutions at Klipsch, said in a statement. “The Klipsch Groove is a solution for people that want quality audio on the go as technology advances and content is consumed in different formats.”
