Lenovo Launches Yoga Book, New Moto Z Play, and Moto Mods at IFA Event
At an off-site event held at The Station Berlin (an old converted train station that now serves as a unique venue for special events) on Wednesday night, Lenovo showed off to the press a number of new products that borrow from some of the company’s latest tech innovations.
Lenovo spent an equal amount of time talking about four different product launches, but they were clearly excited about two in particular: the new Yoga Book, and their new Moto Pod attachments for the new Moto Z Play smartphone. Let’s run through them all.
Typically, you hear about the 2-in-1 laptop market, but Lenovo decided to bend the mold here, launching a new 2-in-1 tablet. The Yoga Book is an innovative new product for Lenovo that is the result of years of research and development as well as continued customer feedback, according to Jeff Meredith, Lenovo’s GM and VP of the Android Chrome Computing Business Group. Similar to all of Lenovo’s Yoga products, the Yoga Book comes with the watchband hinge, but that’s about as similar as this device gets to anything else in the line.
