We understand that vendors (especially those that focus on TVs) need a mixed volume and value-added strategy to survive. But when it comes to new technologies, it makes sense to launch those through a specialty dealer that can give the products the marketing and merchandising attention AND advantages they deserve. LG and DISH recently proved the value of partnering with independent specialty dealers. There’s always room for more.
