LG Adjusts Sales Team
LG Electronics this week announced a restructuring of its sales team in the U.S., bringing in two new directors, splitting the personnel into three separate geographical regions and dividing responsibility between home appliances (HA) and home entertainment (HE).
Under the new structure James Capizzi, formerly of Panasonic, comes to LG as director of HE sales in the Eastern region. He is joined by Tina Lobins, who is now that region's director of appliance sales. In the Central region, LG has promoted Andrew Terry to the role of HE sales manager, while John Ostwald is now director of HA sales. And the company has brought in Time Warner veteran Ron Sreenan to run home entertainment sales in the Western region, where he'll be joined by HA sales director Ray French.
All six will report to Rick Calacci, vice president of regional sales. The sales training organization, meanwhile, will now report to director of learning Keith Noval.
