LG Electronics on Tuesday decided to go with the London-based Bartle Bogle Hegarty as its new global ad agency, AdAge.com reported. LG’s account is valued at $350 million.
Bartle Bogle will “create a unified marketing communications across LG’s various business units,” with its first campaigns rolling out in the spring of 2008, AdAge said. In the process, Bartle Bogle beat out Publicis Worldwide, TBWA and DDB Worldwide.
LG is also planning a separate search for a media agency network and global digital marketing partner, both of which would be firsts for the company.
