LG Zero Smartphone Begins to Roll Out This Week
LG Electronics will start the rollout of its new slim metal smartphone, the LG Zero, this week. The new 5-inch device will first debut in Taiwan followed by other key markets in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The device first hit the market in Korea back in September.
LG touted the Zero’s advanced camera technology and exclusive user interface features of the device, which it inherited from the LG G Series, as well as the full metal body of the smartphone, which LG said provides a “more advanced and modern experience.”
“At LG, we do not believe in limiting our best technology to just our flagship devices,” Juno Cho, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company, said in a statement. “The LG Zero exhibits innovation not only in its design but in its ability to offer premium features at a competitive price point.”
