Credit Card Giants Join ISIS
ISIS, the mobile-payment initiative backed by several major mobile carriers, has secured the buy-in of several of the major credit card companies.
According to This is My Next, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are all on-board with ISIS, along with Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. ISIS is planning to bring payments to mobile phones by early 2012.
Mastercard is also a partner in Google's rival Google Wallet initiative.
