Microsoft Store Opens in Seattle Area
Microsoft last week spoke of "aggressive" retail expansion plans, as the software giant opened its first retail store in its home market of Seattle.
The chain opened its seventh store in Bellevue, Wash., near the company's headquarters in Redmond; like most Microsoft store locations, it is within blocks of an Apple store. "A pretty aggressive roll-out schedule” is on tap for next year, a Microsoft general manager told the Wall Street Journal.
