More Restructuring For Harman
Harman International’s Harman Speciality Group said last week that it will restructure its operation, a move that will entail the closing of two facilities and the moving around of operations to several other buildings.
Harman will move the R&D functions of electronics and acoustics business to its facility in Northridge, Calif., while moving administration and technical support functions to Woodbury, N.Y., where its marketing and financing operations are already housed. The company will also close its facilities in Beford, N.Y. and Billerica, Mass.
A division of Harman International, Harman Speciality Group includes the Lexicon, Mark Levinson and Revel brands.
