Droid Ad Hits iPhone Problems
Motorola this week mocked Apple's iPhone 4 antenna issues with a full-page ad touting that the new Droid X smartphone comes "no jacket required."
According to Gizmodo, the full-age ad ran in the New York Times Wednesday, mocking Apple's recent offer of a free case to those who purchased the iPhone 4.
"At Motorola, we believe a customer shouldn't have to dress up their phone for it to work properly," the ad read. "That's why the Droid X comes with a dual antenna design. The kind that allows you to hold the phone any way you like to make crystal clear calls without a bulky phone jacket."
