Nationwide Signs Exclusives, Brings on New Partners
In its quest to bring more profitable products to its dealer members, Nationwide Marketing Group will focus on adding higher-margin items to its overall line card.
The group's first big move of the year came from Serta, which will sell its new Bellagio at Home mattress collection exclusively through Nationwide dealers. With price points that range from $799 to $1499, dealers can make between 55 and 60 points, along with a 10% rebate and another 10% in advertising funds.
"We're giving dealers a lot more profitability to prop up sales," said Robert Weisner, Nationwide's CEO.
