Nationwide Marketing Group last month held its annual Field Team meeting in Atlanta, hosting 50 field representatives and member support professionals for four days.
The event included training sessions on exclusive services, including Membernet TV, Infopads and the eXchange distribution channel. The event also featured the unveiling of a new internal field team app.
“Our field services organization is critical in helping members take advantage of our programs, tools and services, in-store," Nationwide's Jeff Knock said in a statement. "In particular, as we roll out our Prepare for Share strategy, this team is instrumental in helping our members take the strategic steps necessary to gain available share in their local markets”.
