Nationwide Marketing Group and Centricity launch EPIC Protect Service Contracts
Nationwide Marketing Group has announced a new partnership with service and protection plan leader Centricity for the launch of a completely new service contract solution. Marketed as EPIC Protect, the program enables retailers to offer improved service on claims, enhanced coverage, added support and easy access to information through Nationwide’s digital platform.
The selection of Centricity as the plan’s administrator was recently announced at Nationwide’s PrimeTime event in Las Vegas. According to Nationwide exec Frank Sandtner, “Our product protection team spent almost a year leveraging decades of combined experience to develop this exclusive program for our members. EPIC Protect addresses all the key appliance, electronics and outdoor product issues we’ve seen across the industry, while increasing benefits and coverage. Centricity’s skill and experience, coupled with Nationwide’s decades of operating group-managed programs, led to a unique product with proprietary market advantages.”
Centricity president Dawn Morris added, “We are excited to offer Nationwide members industry-leading coverage and our best-in-class customer service.
