Huppins now faces a new challenge: how to operate two locations, in addition to huppins.com and onecall.com. Murray Huppin expects the new store will teach his company more about what's important to the customer. "All our products are a means to an end," he said. "The end is entertainment. How do we make that easier and more accessible to the customer? I think we're going to learn some things."
